We participated in the No Kings 3 rally in Maryville today. Over 1000 people showed up! At the heart of all the bad decisions threatening our public lands and waters is an administration lead by someone who thinks he is a king.
We don’t have kings. We have a Constitution that states in Article I, Section 9, Clause 8:
“No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.”
